As our Sr. Package Development Engineer, you will improve existing packages and work closely with various departments to ensure quality,
innovation, and efficiency. You will direct and assist with quality control, develop capital and timelines for projects, and ensure
performance compliance with all FDA, state, and local regulations. You will also train and assist personnel on new designs and provide
guidance to package development engineers and technologists.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Packaging Engineering, a minimum of 8 years’ experience and
strong knowledge of package engineering. You must be able to provide project supervision from a technical and package development
standpoint. Experience with project deliverables, technical excellence, and application of scientific and engineering principles is
required.
